This is in Jasper B.C. near a cool mountain. I had the moon at my back. It was about a 3/4 moon and it was dark but I could still see things. Using the moon to lighten up the photo I let the stars trail using the shutter release and bulb setting.
I used No name 100 ISO with F4 on a 28mm lens and a 10 min exposure with a 3/4 moon at my back.
