This is near Sicamous B.C. This is a long term exposure on the beach in the Okanagon. You can see the stars trail slightly in the distance... and a wave runner on the beach to the left. It was such a nice night! After letting the stars trail on the dark beach, I then lit a firework and waited for it to die off. I then let the shutter release go, to close off the picture. This picture made it in a book called "sketches of the eye". This scan does not do the picture justice, maybe some day I will rescan this for the internet.
I used Fuji 200 ISO with F4 on a 28mm lens with a barlow X2 zoom and a 5 minute exposure.
