 This is in Kanaskis country. This was done for a friend and I wanted to do this but it didn't work. I get the stars trailing around polaris (WORKED) and then I go up to that mountain and draw her name in the rock (failed). I will get it right one day. It should look like her name on fire.
I used kodak 100 ISO with F4 on a 28mm lens and a 15 min exposure. I tried drawing names in the rock with a flashlight but the moon was too bright that night.
